Currently Seeking: 

Project Manager

Are you a team leader? Are you detail oriented with outstanding executive level communication skills? Do you have experience with website development? Have you run digital marketing and print campaigns?

We are looking for the right person to coordinate client and team communications for multiple client marketing & web development projects to produce amazing results for our clients. The project manager communicates directly with clients to gather assets, facilitate virtual ZOOM meetings, and coordinate with our in-house creative design and development team.

This position will be the bridge between the client, the creatives and the technical teams. You must be able to communicate effectively in all of these regards and have the knowledge and experience to discuss all aspects of print, digital, and website projects.

This will be a primarily remote position, however you will be required to attend some meetings in person at either our Milwaukee office or client locations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor the progress of projects. Prepare reports regarding the status of projects; lead and direct the work of others; create and maintain templates and processes for project management toolbox.

  • Must have experience in leading web development projects
  • Must have a solid understanding of digital, print and web based marketing projects
  • Must be able to communicate with clients, creative teams, and technical teams effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at the executive level
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with our clients through phone, Zoom, and email
  • Experience with project scheduling and resource management for web development
  • Work with leadership and a team of writers, developers, video, etc
  • Experience with basic marketing concepts required
  • Create comprehensive project schedules which identify time frames
  • Present projects and outcomes to the team and client
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at a time
  • Leadership excellence with the Client’s Goals in mind.
  • Open to learning new processes with a critical eye to improve results.
  • Experience with Asana, Google Drive, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite preferred

About 10 hours/ week to start with room to grow quickly with company.

$15-$35/ hour depending on proven experience. This is a contractor position.

Graphic Designer (Contract)

Are you a team player? Are you a creative graphic designer with experience in both digital and print marketing?

We are looking to expand our graphic design team with well-rounded graphic artists with experience in print and digital design. In this position, you’ll be working on a wide variety of graphic design projects from promotional materials, product covers, book covers, logos, advertisements, brochures, posters, corporate templates, and other digital graphic elements. Be prepared to work both in large and small format.

This will be a primarily remote position, however you will be required to attend some meetings in person at either our Milwaukee office or our Lake Mills office.

We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented person with a wide skill set in creative marketing, graphic design, and related fields.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator required; Photoshop and others is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred
  • Experience creating compelling & appealing visual designs for marketing projects
  • Open to learning new marketing methodologies and willing to invest time in training
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of typography, page layout, interface design, printmaking, and chromatics.
  • Must have the ability to self-motivate and multi-task
  • Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding written, visual and verbal communication skills

Front End WordPress Developer (contract)

Do you want to join a rapidly growing creative marketing team? Are you detail oriented with outstanding communication skills?

You’ll build and launch brilliant new sites that will serve as the springboard for our client’s future online success!

This will be a primarily remote position, however you will be required to attend some meetings in person, typically at our Milwaukee office.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS:

  • Work with our diverse marketing team as well as executives to update/ maintain websites, post original content to the sites and social media, design and implement new digital content
  • Work with team members to research and implement desired features through available WordPress plugins
  • Assist with Website Project Management (Planning, Execution, Communication, Change Management)
  • Design, build and launch websites with minimal direction, with SEO and WordPress best practice in mind
  • Must be a fast learner and able to adapt to changing timelines
  • Must be able to work well both as part of a team and independently with minimal direction
  • Must be a self starter, well organized and an excellent communicator
  • Proficient or willing to learn tactical processes to increase engagement through website and social medias
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects at a time
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Experience with Asana Task Manager and Google Drive a plus
  • Must be able to work professionally with customers, managers and executives.
  • Experience with WordPress (Editor, Themes, Plugins, WPEngine, Divi, Elementor), CSS, HTML, PHP, JQuery/JavaScript are required. Must also be experienced with Integrations (MailChimp, Form Integrations, etc)
  • Experience with IIS Web Server, Apache Web Server, MySQL, Adobe Design Tools (Photoshop/Illustrator), are a plus
